Our Hospice Care program is focused on providing comfort, known as palliative care, rather than aggressive treatment. We strive to keep patients pain-free while helping each individual and their family to cope with their emotional needs. Patients can be admitted to Hospice care from home as well as from an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting.
